A Syndey quintet consolidate on their first UK live shows last year with the release of a début EP this year.

Tonight Alive, tipped by British alternative press as a band to look out for in 2012, bring out the five-track ‘Consider This’ collection on April 2 through Banquet Records.  It’s a taster of their first album, due out here in the summer and promising a collaboration with blink-182’s Mark Hoppus.  ‘Consider This’ is available now to pre-order via their label’s website, while a video to its lead track ‘Wasting Away’ is already out:

 

 

The Australian band are currently touring the UK alongside Young Guns; they play at The Deaf Institute in Manchester tonight (February 8) and continue with gigs at the following venues:
