This is Norwegian multi-instrumentalist Jarle Bernhoft (formerly of rock group Span). Pay attention. His mix of acoustic instrumentation, beatboxing and loops produces something very soothing and catchy. We share a light-hearted chat with Bernhoft ahead of his upcoming London and Brighton dates about all the cool stuff - music, Star Wars and the rock 'n' roll dream.

To celebrate their upcoming show at Download Festival inside the almighty Castle Donington this year (it's only eight weeks away), we spoke with bassist Lexxi Foxxx to find out exactly how they prepare for big gigs and what it feels like to put makeup onto your idols. Say what you want about Steel Panther, they carry the legacy of hair metal into this century, making "balls-out" rock serious freakin' business.

Professional athlete. Actor. Entertainer. Master Debater. Karaokist. Comedian. These are just some of the talents showcased by Austin Aries. Here at Soundsphere HQ, we are big fans of the current TNA X Division champion Austin Aries. From his driven intensity and exceptional skill to his cocky demeanour and dirisive humour, Austin has circled various wrestling divisions, breaking records and grabbing titles as he goes. He is the one and only two time Ring of Honour World Champion, the longest reigning X Division champ in TNA, and one of the most intense wrestlers on the current TNA roster. So we were lucky to catch up with him after the companies recent visit to the UK for a series of shows, to talk about his attitude to wrestling, what makes him so driven, and his recent appearance alongside Alex Shelley in Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly's latest video for their new release, 'The Real McCoy'.

"I have cape, wear cape and fly!"

90's industrial rockers Orgy (they did that wicked cover of New Order's 'Blue Monday', FYI) returned to the US alternative music scene a few months back after a eight year absence. Well, sort of. Vocalist Jay Gordon returned, bringing with him a band of dedicated and eager musicians (from Deadsy, Snot and theSTART) to perform new and old material under the Orgy moniker. In this interview we talk to Jay about reforming the band, touring, collaborating with Skrillex and more.

"Go big or suck it!"
