On Tuesday April 17, City Screen York treats viewers to a one-off showing of Lamberto Bava’s classic 1985 gore fest ‘Demons’.

Demons

Produced by horror maestro Dario Argento, ‘Demons’ typified “art-imitating-art” through grizzly Gonzo film-making style when a group of unsuspecting guests are invited to a preview screening of a horror film that takes a disgustingly mind-bending turn as the group become trapped in the theatre surrounded by movie-styled zombies.

Full of frantic brutality, riotous energy and classic hard rock, ‘Demons’ is the best retro fun you can have in a cinema without a shell suit. The awesome soundtrack features music by Billy Idol, Mötley Crüe, Saxon and incongruously, Go West.

Also, City Screen are presenting a great opportunity to win a t-shirt in the seat lottery! So book your tickets now!
