Maverick Sabre and Baxter Dury enter the House Of Fun

Two acts have been included in the line-up to a November festival curated by Madness at a Somerset holiday camp.

Joining the bill for the House Of Fun Weekender at Butlin’s Minehead are Maverick Sabre and Baxter Dury, son of the late Ian.

 

Also confirmed as appearing at the event are the Nutty Boys themselves, former Housemartins and Beautiful South frontman Paul Heaton, Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip and The Whip.  DJ sets by former member of the Specials Jerry Dammers, Rob Da Bank, Craig Charles and Don Letts are also in store, as well as comedy routines by Bob Mills, Ben Norris and Michael Smiley among others.

 

The House Of Fun Weekender runs from November 25 to November 28. Tickets cost £149 (including accommodation and the use of the site facilities) and can be obtained via the Big Weekends website. More information about the festival is available on the event’s Facebook page.
