Recently VNV Nation have released their album Reformation 01 in the UK.
The album will be released on their own label Anachron Sounds in Europe.
The disk is a limited release and it contains the band’s first ever live album, an album of remixes and unreleased material, and a DVD compilation of live tracks from the last two world tours.
The contents include, a twelve track live CD, a thirteen track live CD of unreleased material of new and rare material of remixes by the band and other artists including Apoptygma Berzerk and S.A.M.
On top of this, there is a DVD with eight videos alongside a 32-page booklet of live images and lyrics about the tracks on Reformation 01.
The unreleased material was made of tracks from between the ‘Futureperfect‘ and ‘Matter and Form‘ albums and tracks that were made for the soundtrack of
the movie ‘Gene Generation‘ in 2007.

The live tracks were recorded between 2005 and 2008 in Washington DC, Hamburg and Chemnitz on the ‘Matter and Form‘ tour in 2005, Wave Gottik Treffen Festival 2006, Brooklyn New York on the Judgement tour in 2007 and Mera Luna Festival 2008.
The live edits on the DVD are a compilation of edits that were made between 2005 and 2009.
