alt-electro act Tonikom will release a new album, ‘The Sniper’s Veil’ on April 23. The group is about to embark on a European tour. The trek will start April 2 in Germany; the tour will end with an appearance at the Sturm in Den Frühling Festival in Leipzig and will include appearances in Denmark, Holland, and the UK with a date at Slimelight.
