We are sure that this young four-piece have made a career thus far by blasting the pre-conceptions of their onlookers, firing off with a sonic assault from start to finish Minus IQ are anything but indie pretenders.

Their material rocks n’ rolls from the stomping single ‘Ultraviolet’ through to the epic qualities of ‘Shoot First’. Their hard work ethic despite the stark crowd sees them steal the show on this moody London eve at the UCL Students Union. These lads play to their absolute fullest bouncing around and putting on a true rock showcase. Something akin to Muse having a glitter fight with Shiny Toy Guns while The Killers wuss-out and watch from afar…yes, that’s exactly right! Oh, and the vocalist looks like Russell Brand! You get the picture, It’s all very glam.

Some may think them cocky and brash, and they certainly have an undeniable confidence about them whilst they perform. The thing is, every chord is tight and every drum beat very focussed so whatever you think about this lot to look at them, just double-click this link and check them out, you will be pretty impressed by their stadium ready synths and rock hard beats. Minus IQ have the image, the self belief and the musicianship to make a real statement in the next few years. Hell, they have already started.
