The first single to be taken from Ulterior’s forthcoming album, ‘The Black Room’ (out January 7, 2013) is ‘The Locus Of Control’. In the words of frontman Paul McGregor the track was written “after a day reading medical papers and then seeing a piece on the news about religious female circumcision that angered me and disgusted me to my core”.
