#WHOLEHOUR launches for World Mental Health Day

On Wednesday 10th October,  #IAMWHOLE, Jordan Stephens and YMCA are launching the movement, #WHOLEHOUR, that encourages people to take an hour out of their day (preferably midday to 1pm)  on World Mental Health Day to do something to support their mental wellbeing.

#WHOLEHOUR aims to recognise and champion the importance of self care and taking time to look after your mental health. You can find out more at www.whole.org.uk/whole-hour/

Furthermore, #IAMWHOLE has branched out into the world of podcasts with #WHOLETRUTH – which follows Jordan Stephens in his pursuit of a good conversation about mental health.
