So there’s plenty of reference material out there for people with mental illnesses, but not much for other people in that person’s life. Be it friend, partner or family member sometimes there are questions you want to ask but can’t without fear of offending said ill person.

But how can you help without asking those awkward questions? How can you ask that person with PTSD why you can’t touch them a certain why without triggering them or causing upset? How can you ask the person with Borderline why they need to know where you are all the time without accusing them of being a stalker? The truth is you can’t really but I’m hoping to start a video series tackling questions from both perspectives.

So if you have any questions about anything to do with mental illness, anonymously answered in depth and to the best of my ability please email me at: [email protected]
