Under a new name and a slightly altered line up, It Man release their brand-new debut single ‘White Heat.’
Previously known as The Jacques, It Man is a response to a musical change in direction. Dextor Dougan joins the band on bass, infecting them with a new passion for music as demonstrated in ‘White Heat.’
‘White Heat,’ is a laid back and cosy track that stirs us through the fictional psyche of a young couple in the 20th century. The couple’s clearly middle-class struggles are evident, seeming to fantasise about explosives, gambling and being Ray Liotta. Struggles that are notably quite far-fetched, but in this make-believe world of ‘White Heat,’ are the completely understandable!
To add to the excitement of It Man’s debit single, the band have also been announced as support for post-punk legend Brix Smith’s UK tour as she visits Bristol, Manchester, London, Newcastle, Stroud, and Portsmouth. They will also be touring as support with Talk Show and Menades.
