Back once again with the ill behaviour, Mr Shiraz continue forward with ‘FLOWS’ the second single be lifted from their upcoming record, ‘Glorious’, their triumphantly titled third album.

Check out the killer high budget video for the song on the link above.

The five-strong mob from Huddersfield channel their signature blend of groove punk, alt rock and hooks galore in this explosively arranged 13 track LP. The band are influenced by The Bronx, Violent Soho, Hot Water Music, Faith no More, Bouncing Souls and Rage Against The Machine.

Mikey Shiraz brings a psychobilly snarl and MC5 twist to song arrangements. Toxically charged guitars from Tim Patterson and Steve Blackham, hard and heavy beats from drummer Iain Greaves and bafflingly complex basslines from Tori Black complete the line-up.

Mr Shiraz had been earning their stripes up until covid hit. They’ve toured the UK, US and Europe supporting Ugly Kid Joe, F*ckface Unstoppable (ft. Bam Margera), Snuff and Jaya the Cat. The boys have also headlined their own tours and won a reputation for their fierce live shows, supporting the likes of Reel Big Fish, Teenage Bottlerocket, Bouncing Souls, Skindred, Therapy?, Alkaline Trio, Flogging Molly, Lagwagon and many more.

Mr Shiraz released their ‘Mountains of Kong’ EP in 2017 and have since won ‘Best Single’ at the Pure Rawk Awards, where they were also nominated for ‘Best Bassist’, ‘Best Frontman’ and ‘Best EP’. The band have also played Slam Dunk, Reading and Leeds Festivals in their storied past.

‘Glorious’ defines the band standing in the present and offers their most personal songwriting to date. Recorded at The Nave in Leeds by Andy Hawkins (Pigeon Detectives, Kaiser Chiefs, Eureka Machines, Agnostic Front, The Dickies, Flogging Molly) it’s an exhilarating album that brings filthy rock n’ roll influences and big anthemic choruses kicking and screaming into the 21st century. Full of thrill, grit and personality, ‘Glorious’ is set to be your album of the year.
