Mansun’s Paul Draper announces first UK solo tour

Paul Draper – former frontman of Mansun, one of the ’90s most forward-thinking and iconic rock’n’roll bands – has announced details of his first solo live shows.

Paul will tour the UK in September with a full live band that includes regular studio collaborator Catherine AD (the Anchoress).

Paul Draper will play live at:

Thu 14th        Leeds, Brudenell Social Club

Fri 15th           Manchester, Gorilla

Sat 16th          Glasgow, King Tuts

Thu 21st         London, Scala

Fri 22nd          Bristol, Thekla

Sat 23rd          Birmingham, 02 Institute 2

Tickets are on sale from Friday 3rd March at 9am.

Paul Draper released his first solo recordings in 2016. Released on K Scope, EP ONE and EP TWO collected together Paul’s first new songs since the release of Mansun’s posthumous compilation Kleptomania (2004) and represented a thrilling and immediate return to form. Both EPs debuted at No 1 in the UK vinyl charts.

Paul’s debut solo album – Spooky Action – is due for release later this year.
