The founder of Ghostfest UK has launched a new record label.

Toyan St Hilaire’s new venture, Ghost Music, follows his work developing the indoor festival since 2005.

St Hilaire says, “Setting up a record label is something I’ve always wanted to do. Currently there is a positive upsurge in other independent companies and labels who are all making a name for themselves, by working on their own terms and for the good of the music. With the old ways of the industry slowly dying, now seems like the perfect time to be making a statement with exciting music. I’m so excited to finally launch this label and I cannot wait to announce our first band!”

An announcement on Ghost Music’s first signing will be made later this week to coincide with the live launch of the label’s website.
