Flora Greysteel brings together the diverse talent that is the vocals, piano and looping skills of Emily Rowan with the eclectic percussive noise-making of Simon Bolley.

The band has such a wide array of influences (Dresden Dolls, Santana, Imogen Heap to name just a few) as to render genre meaningless: elements of cabaret, rip-roaring choruses twinned with choral elegance at once give way to moments of intimate reflection, sea shanties and electronica-pop.

Their EP launch is taking place on Sunday, April 24 at the Fulford Arms, with supports from Chris Mather and band, and the Bramble Napskins. 7.30pm-10.30pm.
