The Grammy nominated duo BONES UK, made up of vocalist/guitarist Rosie Bones and guitarist Carmen Vandenberg, have released a new single with a raw classic rock energy ‘Won’t Settle.’

The track, which is a collaboration with Mike Shuman of Queens of the Stone Age, has recently had a music video drop.

The band commented on the music video “We banged our brains with Mike Shuman from QOTSA to birth ‘Won’t Settle.’ It’s classic rock and roll, and we wanted to take it back to our London roots. It’s about freedom; Not settling, settling down, up or any way around.”

BONES UK gained extreme popularity after earning a Grammy nomination for best rock performance in 2019. Their cover of David Bowie’s ‘I’m Afraid of Americans,’ also accumulated a huge total of 66M+ streams worldwide.

Many of the duo’s songs use empowering lyrics to discuss important themes including beauty complexity, toxic masculinity and music-scene sexism. In the past they’ve worked with big artists like Smashing Pumpkins, Korn, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains and more.
