HONESTY have released their new continuous mix ‘BOX,’ and announce they will be playing Rough Trade East in London on May 21st.

‘BOX’ is a subversive version of club music which features a group of talented artists including Florence Shaw (Dry Cleaning), vocalist Ryan Cooke as well as verses by Rarelyalways and Kosi Tides.

Matt Wilkinson of Apple Music 1’s commented on recent single ‘CEASE’ saying, “this song is important, this band are important.”

The band discuss the mix, “BOX is like a prequel. It’s an audio mood board, and an examination of the processes that we go through when we’re experimenting and writing music. It’s a journey through the origins of this band emotionally and sonically, the dying embers of our old projects and the beginnings of this one.”

HONESTY have been growing and catching the media’s attention since their debut work with press support from Rolling Stone UK, Loud & Quiet, Stereogum, DORK and more!

The group aim to do things differently. When creating new music, they aren’t interested in defined parts and play-by-numbered riffs but prefer fluid roles and studio experimentation.
