The Bristol born group Mother Vulture have released their newest single ‘Break Me.’
The band are known for the numerous injuries members have gotten at their full throttle, ‘blood-sweat-and-tears’ live performances which inspired the song.
They explore the theme of sacrifice and suffering for your art. The 4 piece use colossal guitars and pulsing piano on the thick and crunchy track.
Adrian Bushby (two time Grammy award winning producer who’s worked with Foo Fighters and Muse) mixed the single.
On the new song, the group commented, “‘Break Me’ embodies everything this band is about. The never ending battle against ourselves, which constantly leaves us battered and bruised – and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This tune has been brought to life by the legend that is Adrian Bushby, and goes hand in hand with our last release, ‘Go Big Or Go Home’. Trying to “make it” in the music industry mostly feels like you are banging your head against a brick wall, and we’ve been doing just that, A LOT, very hard. We want the world to know, we’re not going anywhere. Whether that wall breaks first, or we do.”
The bands debut album ‘Mother Knows Best’ was described by Kerrang! As, “Somewhere between Royal Blood at their fuzziest, Biffy Clyro at their heaviest and Queens of the Stone Age at their most crazed and chaotic.”
