Look Hue’s Talking: DC’s upcoming fine artist Clarence James opens up about influences, philosophy and his journey in the art world

With an eccentric blend of bright colours, street art and avant-garde philosophy, upcoming fine artist Clarence James is at the forefront of modern art in Washington DC.  Over the past seven years, the 31-year old has constructed Pavement1984 – a brand-like concept inspired the Orwellian dystopia that is emulated in our world today and the need to pave a road to universal interconnectedness.
