Another bumper 2000trees Festival announcement today (Thursday 7th March), the final one for the 2024 event, with the 3rd and final main stage headliner, as well as a host of some of the finest acts, artists and bands playing across all of the events six+ stages.

The 3rd main stage headliner for 2024 will be British rock outfit Don Broco (their ONLY live show of 2024), who have had radio A-list singles, sold out arenas and most recently, a UK number 1 album with ‘Amazing Things’ in 2021. This will be the Bedford 4-pieces first ever appearance at 2000trees, and one that will for sure live long in the memory.

Also announced today includes 2000trees royalty and all round legend, punk rock troubadour Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, in the mix for most exciting UK bands around (and also a fully-fledged 2000trees hero) Bob Vylan, one of the most talked about bands in the world right now Wargasm, the stunning Welsh indie band Los Campesinos! (who are playing their first outdoor festival since 2014 at 2000trees), and following on from their 2000trees debut last year, returning rock royalty in Empire State Bastard.

Bob Vylan comments “We’re looking forward to being back at 2000 Trees, one of the best UK festivals there is, for the third consecutive year. An unprecedented event in the 2000 trees history and we’re looking forward to being part of that history once again in an even bigger way this time around.”

On top of all that, we will also have Vower (which is made up of members of Black Peaks, Palm Reader and Toska), the excellent punk rock Derry 3 piece Cherym, Norwegian via Australia 5 piece metal band Blood Command, stunning solo artists Lauran Hibberd and Katie Malco, UK emotional rock stalwarts Lonely The Brave, and the incredibly exciting genre pushing ekkstacy. Also, with a tinge of sadness, this years festival will also see the magnificent Palm Reader perform for the last ever time. A special band whose last album ‘Sleepless’ will certainly go down as one of the most brilliant, expansive and mature of their career, and an album everyone and anyone with even a passing interest in heavy music needs to listen to.

From 2000trees Festival organiser, James Scarlett – “Don Broco are easily one of the most requested bands that are still yet to play 2000trees. To have them join Trees legend Frank Turner, and one of the most exciting bands to play the festival in recent years in Bob Vylan, tops off one of the most compelling line ups we’ve ever had.  The rest of this announcement, from Wargasm to Empire State Bastard, Cherym to Vower, added to the already announced likes of Boston Manor, Dead Pony, Cassyette, Static Dress, Snayx, Nova Twins, Crawlers and Creeper, 2000trees this year is showing everyone UK rock is in good hands!”

From Don Broco – “We are so excited to play 2000 Trees this year! So many of our friends sight it as their favourite festival, so getting to play it for the first time as a headliner feels very special. It’s our only UK show this year so we will be going all out! Also Reuben are our favourite band in the world so it will be like playing on hallowed ground for us. We can’t wait.”

From Frank Turner – “A summer’s not a proper summer without a stop at 2000trees. It’s my festival home, I played the first year, they named a campsite after me, it’s where I belong. Stoked to be coming back through.”

From Milkie Wargasm – “Back when I first moved to England I would attend 2000trees nearly every year. I’ve seen so many bands that are dear to my heart in that little field and to be not only returning, but making our 2000trees debut with Wargasm by headlining a stage really is a full circle moment.”

From Palm Reader – “This year will mark the ending of our band of 13 years. We will be celebrating all the good times we’ve shared together by playing the best festival in the world – 2000 Trees. It is a an absolute privilege to play at Upcote Farm for the 8th time and we can’t think of a better send off than to commemorate the passing of such a large part of our lives at the place we love the most, surrounded by friends, trees and  beside the ones we love.”
