Warner Bros. Games and DC have today announced Batman: Arham Trilogy for the Nintendo Switch, a compilation that brings together Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arham Knight in one iconic package.

The reveal trailer can be viewed below:

Developed by Rocksteady Studios and released in 2009 , Batman: Arkham Asylum was where it all started. It was lauded for it’s atmospheric adventure, stealth mechanics and fantastic combat which made players really feel like Batman.

2011’s follow up -Arkham City expanded everything introduced in Asylum. It presented an open world where Batman had to battle some of his most dangerous foes, such as Mr. Freeze, Bane and Harley-Quinn.

2015’s Arkham Knight was the epic conclusion to the series. It expanded the open world and drew the trilogy to a close in a nail-biting conclusion which saw Batman in his deadliest adventure yet. It also introduced a fully drivable Batmobile for Batman to cruise the streets of Gotham in.

Together, the games make up The Arkhamverse that fans know and love today. Players were introduced to a unique, dark and atmospheric adventure. For the first time, players felt like Batman… solving mysteries and striking from the shadows as they fought Gotham’s Underworld.

Batman: Arkham Trilogy is being developed for Nintendo Switch by Turn Me Up Games. On release, it will also include all previously released downloadable content (DLC) that was released for the games.

Batman: Arkham Trilogy is scheduled to launch for Nintendo Switch in Autumn, 2023.
