They were billed as The Scottish Flies but at 15:50 a huge backdrop revealed the real identities as McFly. Dougie, Tom, Harry & Danny took us through their back catalogue in a rip roaring hour of all the hits and more.
A few technical difficulties at the start as ‘Where Did All The Guitars Go’ was ironically without any guitar sound coming from their amps. After that though it was plain sailing through some of their biggest hits including ‘All About You’ and ‘5 Colours in her Hair’.
This was the most packed I’ve seen the Tramlines arena today and we still have Blossoms and The Courteeners to go.
